Chicken Breasts with Balsamic Vinegar and Garlic
this was great! I didn't have quite enough sauce but I'll DEFINITELY be making it again w/ more sauce. I followed advice of others and only used flour to thicken sauce at the end.

Guinness(R) Corned Beef
So good! The sweetness of the beer and brown sugar really balance out the saltiness of the corned beef. Per other reviews, I put 4 lb. brisket in crock pot w/ can of Guinness and 1/2 can of water--I used seasoning packet. cooked on low for 8-10 hours. I roasted my cabbage,potatoes,onions and carrots in oven.

Amazingly Easy Irish Soda Bread
This is going to be on my st. paddy's day menu every year! I lowered oven to 350 and baked for about an hour. I also sprinkled sugar on loaf every time I basted. Thanks!
