This was great. I made the mistake of letting the chicken stay in the pan too long and all the gravy dissappeared, so I had to add water. Next time I would stick closer to the timing in the recipe. Tasted good, tho.

This was pretty good for a change of pace. It doesn't really have any "kick" to it so I added some finely chopped onion and tomato, plus a little chili pepper seasoning.

Easy Skillet Supper

Loved it. Didn't have corn, so I used fresh shredded carrots and a can of mushrooms. Also had to cook it on low heat for about an hour. Yummy!!

Hobo Dinner

This is the first time my husband has said "Give it 5 stars!!!" It was better than the times I put this kind of thing on the grill. I added onion soup mix (1/2 a pkg)to the meat. I added a little bit of beef broth (from boullion) and put in a few butter patties. My husband is HARD to please, but he loved this. Thank You!!!

The only salsa I had was a little hot, but I think this would have been great with a mild salsa. The recipe is just a little different from the norm and was a nice change.

Excellent!! My group loved it on our last camping weekend. It does take a little longer to cook than the directions say. Althought everyone loved the taste, the eggs could have been a little more cooked through.
