Italian Sausage Soup with Tortellini

Wonderful! We love this soup - made it again last night for about the 10th time. Have taken the advice of others and used all broth and added a little garlic - other than that followed exactly and you just can't get any better! Thanks for a great recipe.

Spinach Lentil Soup

Hubby says "It's a keeper!" This soup was delish! I did not have the problem of it being too thick as others stated. I used all chicken broth, sauteed some celery and garlic with the onions and carrots, added a bay leaf. YUM!!

Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff II

Hubby says "Add it to the keeper list". This recipe is great over noodles, rice or mashed potatoes. We have even used it as hot roast beef sandwiches!

Merwin's Shrimp Gumbo

The flavor was fantastic! We really enjoed this dish - however, next time I will cut back on the seasoning - I used cerole seasoning and it was way too hot for us. Took the leftovers to work and it was devoured - so as they say, "some like it hot"!!

Hash Brown Casserole II

Had this last night with bbq ribs - what a hit!! Made as recipe states but used colby/mont jack cheese not greasy at all! Got great compliments from everyone at the party - thanks for a great go to recipe! Karen-jax,fl
