These are fantastic!! I didn't have any butterscotch pudding so I used vanilla but other than that I followed the recipe as written. Everybody LOVED them! My stepdaughter even said they were better than the ones they sell in the coffee shop where she works!! I frosted them with the Cream Cheese Frosting II recipe from this site (which is also fantastic) and decorated them as eyeballs for Halloween. A huge, huge hit! These are definitely a keeper.

This frosting is fantastic! I wasn't sure my husband, who likes things so sweet I'm surprised he has any teeth left, would like it but he actually said the word 'fabulous' when he tasted it. In fact, I think he said it twice! This is definitely the only cream cheese frosting I'm using from now on. By the way, I halved the recipe and it was plenty to frost 24 cupcakes.

This is the only thing I've ever made that my boyfriend said THREE times, "Make sure you copy this recipe down and put it in a safe place." I guess he liked it! I followed other reviewer's advice and cut the baking powder to 3 tsps, cut the salt to 3/4 tsp. and added vanilla. The pancakes turned out terrific!
