Snapper Veracruz
This is almost identical to the snapper veracruz I had this summer in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. Delicious!!!!

Peanut Butter Cookies VI
This recipe really did not turn out right for me. I cooked them for 6-7 minutes and they still kept burning. They also lacked flavor and were really fluffy like a muffin.

Beer Margaritas
The recipe is good as is but several of the variations already mentioned have proved delicious as well- Try a can of 7-Up instead of the water, and add a little Triple Sec to the mix for a true margarita flavor. You can't go wrong with these! We call them Beer-garitas.
