Sloppy Joes II
Not to our liking - far too much "sour" from the ketchup. I may try making sloppy joes again some time, but with plain tomato sauce.

Apple Oatmeal Bar Cookies
They taste pretty healthy, but need something to moisten them up. Like another reviewer, I added chocolate chips, and I'm sure it was an improvement.
