African Chicken Stew
I have made this several times for my husband, its perfect because I usually have the ingredients on hand. It keeps really well, and tastes even better the next day, if there is anything left over!

Chicken and Dumplings III
Absolutely yummy. A very tasty easy recipe which was easy and quick to make, yet looks amazing. I took Rebecca70111's advice on how to make dumplings, and they came out perfect! First time I had ever tried to make dumplings! Thank you Linda and thank you Rebecca.

Roasted Vegetables
For years my Husband and I have been trying to find the perfect recipe for roasting vegetables, and THIS IS IT! It comes out perfect every time! I reheated it in the oven the next day, and it tasted even better! Highly recommend this recipe.
