Country Apple Dumplings
I had this today prepared by my Grandmother but she used 7 up instead of Mt. Dew and it was outstanding. This has to be one of the best tasting deserts I have ever eaten.

Quick Peanut Butter Cookies
This is a great recipe. You can also substitute 1 cup splenda for the sugar

Pumpkin Cream Cheese Dessert
I used the cool whip instead of the egg whites and it worked great. I ALSO omitted the sugar in the pumpkin layer. The cool whip is sweet enough and we didn't notice the absence of the sugar at all.
