I love to cook I didn't start to cook or learn until I was about 27 and now I love anything I can do especially if its from scratch

anything new I have found I am really good with a recipe and then just adding to taste,

Anything I make from scratch and on a little budget I love I cook like Racheal Ray and do a palmful of this or a splash of that its hard to write out a recipe for me but I am getting better at trying to keep track

when I burn alittle or if I don't write down some of what i used and then the family wants it again and I don't remember how
