I've been cooking for years.I've always enjoyed it. However, once I went off to college, cooking become a way to help me wind down after classes. Along with playing bass guitar in a band, cooking has become an outlet for me to just have fun and experiment. If it can be grilled, I love to cook it. Grilling is number one for me; however, you can't have a good BBQ with out side dishes. So there are several sides that top the list as fav's. If I'm grilling steaks, I need to have a grilling sausage to go with it; however, that is normally just for the cook. Really just watching other enjoy what I have prepared. None yet, keep my fingers crossed on that one.
