Magic Peanut Butter Middles

So good. Really does take like a resses cup just in cookie. Only problem is next time I will have to double the recipe because they disappear too quick.

These were really good. I made as directed but in the end had to add some melted butter on top. We love our butter in this house and found that a must on them. But otherwise very good. Nice way to use up pizza dough that I mistakenly bought :)

Tzatziki Sauce (Yogurt and Cucumber Dip)

This was really good. My husband loves this sauce and was surprised when I made it and it came out better then the sauce at a few local restaurants. I did not have mint on hand but it i will try it next time with it just to see which we like better. It was not missed though. I served this on pita bread with shredded lettuce and souvlaki (from this site).

Souvlaki

This was great. I used 2 lbs of pork loin (what I had on hand). The amount of marinade was perfect for that much meat... if I make it with more I would double it. Also I broiled them because once I skewered them I found out that my grill was out of gas :( but they still turned out great! My hubby wants me to try it with chicken next. I served them on pita with shredded lettuce and tzatziki sauce from this site. Will definietly make again and again.

Shrimp Scampi Bake

This was really good. I did not have plain dijon mustard so I used 1 tbsp honey dijon and 1 tbsp yellow mustard. I think that the mustard gives this some great flavor. I served it over white rice with french bread to sop up the yummy garlic butter sauce!

Smooth Sweet Tea

Chantal's New York Cheesecake

This was good. I don't think i mixed it good enough or maybe the cream cheese was not warm enough because the texture was a bit off and lumpy. One side got a little brown but I hid that with topping. It did not crack and I was very pleased with that.

Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies

These are very soft and cake like. My daughter absolutely loved them. I however like mine a little bit crispier. But all in all a very good cookie!

Spinach Stuffed Chicken Breasts

This is a very good recipe. I also precook the bacon before wrapping the chicken to make sure it gets a little crisp. Everyone who has had this always wants the recipe.

French Bread Rolls to Die For

I did not have bread flour the first time I made these. I used half AP and half Wheat and they were great. The next time I did and I could not tell too much of a differerence. I have also used the dough to make pizza and it work out great. I had to precook the dough for about 8 min before adding toppings though.

Mrs. Sigg's Snickerdoodles

These were so good. I am not a huge cinnamon fan but I wanted something sweet and had everything for these on hand. Very good. And very easy to make. **Edit** I just made them (for a second time) with all butter instead of 1/2 cup shorteneing and they came out good. The texture was a little more cake like inside and they were a little puffier but still very good.

Three Cheese Garlic Scalloped Potatoes

I hate to not give this a good rating. It was probably something I did but I tried this twice and it was not good both times. The first time it was not cooked through. The second time I boiled the potatoes a little bit to help the process along, and it was still not very good. My husband said out of everything I have ever made there have only been 2 things he has not liked and this was one. He would not even eat another bite and this man eats everything. Dont know what I did wrong.

Cake Balls

I was at first skeptical about making this but I am glad I did. It is a bit messy, but cooking with a 6 year old and a little help fromthe one year old always is.... any way these were delicious. We did need more of the chocolate confectioners coating than called for and we used only half the frosting. Following other suggestions we also froze the balls before diping in chocolate. Very good recipe!
