Very good, I added chicken to mine and next time I think I will add a veggie as well. My only complaint is that I thought it was a little greasy, I may drain more of the bacon grease next time. Overall, I really enjoyed this, and my family did too!

Cream Filled Cupcakes

I just got done making these cupcakes and they are perfect! The actual cupcake is moist and delicious and the cream filling is great too! I filled my cupcakes from the top and just frosted over the hole with some chocolate frosting. They take a little longer than regular cupcakes but they are worth it!

Savory Bubble Bread

This was great! I used italian seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, and onion powder because that is what I had on hand and it turned out great! I will make this again and again!

Creme Brulee

This was so delicious! I followed the suggestions of ChefPeon and they turned out perfectly. I also, instead of adding vanilla extract to the egg mixture, cut open a vanilla bean and threw that into the cream while it was heating. I also found that the brown sugar burned a little too much when I torched it, so maybe I will just use white sugar next time.

Delicious! I made these for an early Valentine's Day dinner for my boyfriend and we loved them. I paired them with asparagus with balsamic butter and filet mignon with a red wine and balsamic reduction. It turned out great!

Easy Baked Chicken Wings

The taste of the wings was excellent. However about 10 minutes into baking them it seemed like there was way too much sauce and I was afraid they would turn out soggy, so I took them out of the oven, took the wings out of the pan and continued baking them without the sauce. They turned out great this way. I had to change the recipe to fit the amount of chicken I had, so this could very well be the reason I had the problem. Either way I will definatly make these again, I took them to a party and they were a big hit!

Artichoke & Spinach Dip Restaurant Style

This spinach artichoke dip is delicious! I made a few changes as others suggested..I added the whole block of cream cheese instead of half, and I also did not bother to roast my garlic, I just minced it. The dip was very garlicky, which could be because I didn't roast it first, so maybe I will add 3 cloves instead of 4 next time. I tried a recipe for spinach artichoke dip that did not require baking and wanted to try one that needed to be baked and I picked the right one! This was very easy and sooo good! I will make this again and again!

Taco Seasoning I

This recipe is just perfect! I will never buy the packaged seasoning again! I like a little extra heat so I add more chili powder, but everything else is perfect. I think it is best with chicken, but I've also added it to turkey burger and steak and it's wonderful.
