Roasted Garlic
Awesome. I made it as follows. Cut the tip off garlic, drizzle with olive oil, wrapped with foil and baked at 325 for 45 minutes. Mashed wonderfully and mixed with butter for dipping with french bread! Will def. make again.

Fettuccine with Sweet Pepper-Cayenne Sauce
I followed the recipe exactly. I did cook chicken first and added at the end. It was very good. Served it with french bread and roasted garlic (which I am about to write a review on now)I reheated it today for lunch and added a drops of milk to cook on stove and tasted great. Fiance' said it was delicious.
