Creamy Veggie Fondue
I used this recipe, omitting the veggies, as a basic cheese fondue. (I'm sure I would like it as written, but my hubby and kids don't like spinach). It was delicious - everyone loved it except the two year old, and she was just in a grumpy mood that night.
I don't keep alcohol in the house, so I substituted white grape juice for the wine. I had to use a little more than called for because the fondue got pretty thick. We served it with french bread cubes, slightly cooked broccoli and cauliflower, and cubed, cooked chicken breast for a complete meal.
