Amazing Italian Lemon Butter Chicken
Pretty good - but I didn't think it was really worth the effort. We enjoyed the flavors, though, so I think I'll figure out a way to modify the recipe so that the same flavors are there. I did use about 1/3 the butter, and it was plenty rich. I also substituted half and half for the cream. The sauce was delicious, I must admit.
