Amazing Italian Lemon Butter Chicken
Pretty good - but I didn't think it was really worth the effort. We enjoyed the flavors, though, so I think I'll figure out a way to modify the recipe so that the same flavors are there. I did use about 1/3 the butter, and it was plenty rich. I also substituted half and half for the cream. The sauce was delicious, I must admit.

Bow Tie Lemon Chicken
We liked this OK, although it was a little bland as written. I used 3 cloves of garlic, and ended up almost doubling the lemon juice. I also ended up adding more salt at the table. But as a base recipe it's great - I'll be tweaking this one with different/more veggies and different herbs, perhaps. Asparagus maybe?

Warm Steak and Potato Salad
We really enjoyed this! I used all romaine lettuce for the greens because that's what I had, and I also crumbled some bleu cheese over the steak and potatoes. I doubled the dressing ingredients and it was about right for 2 salads (big ones). The kids had plain steak and potatoes and salad - they weren't interested in putting it all together into a salad with the dressing. Delicious and simple - we will definitely add this to the regular rotation.
