I am a novice cook, making dinner for my husband ever since getting married a year ago. My mom can't believe that I cook now because I never cooked when I lived at home. I consider myself skills fairly good now and make semi-elaborate meals every night, always trying to vary the menu. My friends are also impressed that I take time each day to prepare a meal for my family:) Favorite thing to cook is ANY casserole. Simple and delicious:) Sunday dinner are always an important Italian tradition, along with holidays (potlucks). Making Bracciole that tastes like restaurant quality (according to my hubby)& creating a light alfredo sauce from scratch and adding pasta/seafood. Overcooking meat and making cauliflower balls that wouldn't stick!
