I'm a beginner teaching myself to cook and having fun with it.I have to take a break for a while,though,'cause school just started again and that's a lot of work.I'll cook again when my relatives come to visit. I love to cook everything.But my specialty is Italiano food. I haven't really been taught how to cook anything that's been in my family really except for roti. The first meal i ever made.Chicken Enchiladas.My mom had come first and when she started to eat it she got up and called my dad and told him "Comehome this tastes soooo goood!" Once i accidently used red wine instead of white wine and the food ended up drying out and tasting bitter.So noone ate it and we ordered take out.
