Desserts are my favorite....especially pies. I enjoy bread making when I have the time. When the kids come home to visit they all expect their favorites. When they all come home at the same time it gets pretty hectic, but we laugh alot. I love it! I found out I can produce a wonderful Thanksgiving and Christmas dinner for 15 people completely solo, using a stove that only has 2 burners and an oven! And received huge raves from everyone afterward....that made me feel like a million bucks! Early in my cooking experience I found out the hard way you should not use Corning Ware on top of a gas stove; I found out the hard way there is a difference between all-purpose and self-rising flour; I STILL cannot master potato salad unless someone likes "mashed potato salad".
