Cooking became a hobby of mine some years back by helping Gramma in the kitchen. Watching, tasting and learning what she did. Then trying to do better. Chili, chicken franchaise, crab stuffed tilapia, escarole and beans and one of my all time EASY favorites, blackened catfish. Pasta with home made marinara sauce. TONS of garlic and basil. I have a few. ;-) I once made 100 home made egg rolls for a party. I did not separate them before freezing. They all wound up getting stuck together and try as I did, could not get them apart. Two days of work down the drain. Valuable lesson learned there.
