About this Cook
I am 13 years old and the 2nd of 5 children. I cook a lot for my family, friends and of course my self.
My favorite things to cook
any recipe that I can!
My favorite family cooking traditions
My grandma complains about any present I give her so for her birthday I just cook a big meal. My whole family love it and even she cant find fault!
My cooking triumphs
For my Granmothers birthday last year, I fixed a fancy 3-course meal for 8 people for the first time. Everyone loved it and i felt very proud but I think that learning any new recipe is always great.
My cooking tragedies
When I was 8 I was so proud to be able to make drop scones by my self but occasionaly I forgot to grease the pan. Also, a few weeks ago, I was frying banana fritters and suddenly the marge in the pan caught fire! i made David & Sophie swear not to tell dad.

Super Sausage Stuffed Mushrooms
Although I was going to stick to the recipe, I found it yummier using less cheese and using salami instead of sausage as it was easier (I was cooking a fancy 3-course meal for 8 people). Marinating them in salad dressing made the mushroom caps much more flavoursome. although they tasted fine, they didn't look very appetising.

Cheddar Potato Wedges
very tasty and perfect for cooking a large meal quickly and easily, but I do it without cheese, but it needed much longer in the microwave, at least 10 mins.
