I made these muffins and was very underwhelmed with the results. The topping just melted and spilled over the edge and got the muffins all soggy. The directions needs to say to fill the muffin pans only half way not 3/4. I will not make these again.

Unbelievable Chicken

I made this for dinner and put it over salad. It was excellent. It had a nice flavor that wasn't overpowering but was definitely noticable. My kids even liked it.

Wendy's Quick Pasta and Lentils

This turned out great. I used whole wheat pasta and the texture of that with the thickness of the sauce made this very satisfying. I also used a can of diced tomatoes(all I had on hand) instead of crushed and it didn't change the recipe.

Mock Tuna Salad

I like this recipe but I left out the onions due to food allergies and added 1 TBSP of dill pickle relish instead. It made it taste more like the tuna salad I normally make. My daughter who loves tuna salad did not like this at all.

Peanut Butter Bars VI

I made this recipe for my daughters 2nd grade class. I substituted Cocoa Puffs for Corn flakes. The chocolate and peanut butter were a big hit. Mine also didn't fill a 9x13 pan. Use a 9" and cut your bars smaller.
