Chicken Tortilla Soup V
Great recipe. Simple and fast to make. I went with another's suggestion of using a can of "Embassa" salsa. It came out just spicy enough. I used a clove of garlic instead of the measurement listed on the recipe. I garnished with fresh cilantro and fresh chopped onions. I skipped the sour cream but did put a pinch of shredded mexican blend cheese. All in all, it was delicious!
