Moving out to California for a bit, and it will be the first time I have actually needed to cook for myself for any appreciable length of time. I am excited. I don't yet know how to cook very much without a recipe at hand, though I do love to experiment. My mother is Greek so my family eats often and well. Have yet to truly be proud of any single cooking moment. Chocolate mousse... granted, I was a junior high school student at the time, but I will never forget the texture of that terrible mess.
