Suki's Spinach and Feta Pasta
love love love this recipe. always a hit, and much more colorful than these photos suggest.
the only changes i make are adding quite a bit more crushed red pepper, garlic, and onion to the sauce. also, sometimes i microwave the fresh spinach first so it loses some of its size before adding it to the pan (it will wilt in the pan of course, but can be unweildy to add all at once).
