I'm a 20 year old female, who loves to cook! My favorite things to cook... I like to cook anything new that I've never tried making before. My fallback when I just don't know what to cook would be pasta. No cooking traditions in my house... I've had lots of cooking triumphs! Most of the time anything I make comes out like its supposed to. I guess my big triumph is that I don't measure most things... and it still works out! Oh boy. When I do mess up, I mess up big. Take for instance the time I tried to make gnocci, the time I made my pasta sauce just a little too spicy, or the time I made banock. Unedible, although we sure tried to eat it!
