Paul's Southern California BBQ Sauce
At first I was disappointed at the very strong vinegar flavor, however, I added worcestershire, liquid smoke and garlic, marinated a chuck roast overnight and then cooked it in a crockpot for 10 hours. It made one heck of a shredded beef sandwich on a Brown and Serve roll. Excellent!

Mom's Best Peanut Brittle
I just made this, adding 1 tsp of vanilla and it is indeed wonderful. I agree with one of the reviewers, next time I will cook to 305 as it is slightly chewy. Thanks for the recipe! (Consider yourself warned, cleanup is challenging) ;0)
