About this Cook
Hoping to become a Top Chef by the time I'm a grandma... which will be in at least 30 years.
My favorite things to cook
Thai green curry, pizza (from scratch!), pasta, kahlua brownies, carrot cake
My cooking triumphs
...hmmm
My cooking tragedies
First attempt at fettucini was absolutely terrible. Sauce came out clumped up into what looked like rotten cheese, but my grandparents smiled and ate it and said "it's good!" like all good grandparents would. <3

Lamb Chops with Balsamic Reduction
Mmm very delicious! This recipe is perfect for when you don't want to get any special ingredients at the supermarket - just make it with all the dried herbs you have in your pantry! I used some balsamic that had some raspberry flavor which added a nice sweetness to the reduction. A higher quality balsamic would definitely taste even better. Super easy, super convenient!

Playgroup Granola Bars
My first time making granola bars ever and this recipe turned out absolutely delicious! My little cousin wouldn't stop eating them and told his mom to get the recipe from me. A simple, fast and easy recipe. Thank you!
