Pork and Black Bean Stew
Nice taste, easy to make. Too much liquid though, I doubled the recipe but should not have doubled the chicken stock. Either that or add more beans.

Baked Slow Cooker Chicken
Very easy to make and very good flavour! I used a 3 pound chicken and cooked it on low for 8h. I used the foil balls to elevate the chicken, all the fat goes to the bottom.

Blackened Tilapia with Secret Hobo Spices
Too spicy for my girlfriend but I loved it. I served the fish on hamburger buns. My girlfriend put a bit of mayo to cover the spice. I fried my bun in oil and the leftover spice with some lemon juice, a real delight!
