I have been cooking since I was a small child hepling my mother in the kitchen. I've worked in food service for over 40 years and am currently the Food Service Director of one of the top Retirement Communities in the DFW area.

Many! I love to experiment and create new things. I've had many, many failures over the years. Fortunately my experiments usually take place in my own kitchen so the only one's who actually see and "experience" my mistakes are my wfie and I. Thank you to my wife for her great support and her "honesty".
