Just made this for the first time. A loyal buyer of commercial fondant, I was skeptical. Very easy to make. I found that using my stand mixer was made this so easy. I used the paddle attachment and it mixed perfectly. When I kneaded the fondant, I kept my hands greased in crisco and it came out shiny and smooth, just like store bought. I will definitely make again!

German Chocolate Cake Frosting II

Yum!!! I doubled the recipe as I had 2 cakes to make and it was fabulous. I couldn't keep my husband out of it!

Corn Pudding IV

Good, took longer to bake than recipe stated. I felt like it was missing something, so next time I make it, I will play around with ingredients. Overall a good starter recipe.

Easy Roasted Pork

Really good! Only change was to season pork with salt/pepper and garlic and seared all sides before roasting. Tender and juicy and made great leftovers!
