About this Cook
i have an adoring husband who is my best friend, biggest fan, and worst critic, aside from myself and my 3 lovely toddlers.i have a perfectionist type peronality which means i don't think i cook as well as others rate me.
My favorite things to cook
just about anything as long as i have the time. (toddlers and husbands demand most of my time)
My favorite family cooking traditions
cooking with my children even though they're young. i remember my mom teaching me how to cook form a very young aqe which inspired my love of cooking. i also remember watching my grandmother, and her passion for cooking it was very inspirng.
My cooking triumphs
i have learned to adapt with food allergies, not enough money or ingriedents, also the art of being able to cook lots of things in the hotel microwave when traveling alot. the compliment that got me the most was when my aunt told me my ruzas tasted and smelled comparable to my grandmothers.
My cooking tragedies
most usually these occur when i hurry too much, but the one i will never forget is when i accidently poured a half a bottle of salt into my banana bread when cooking (showing off) for the first time for the man i would eventually marry. (i threw it out before he came over and made a new one.)

Pancakes on the Go
i really loved this recipe! had to use soy for milk due to allergies, still perfect, best part was i baked them at 350 for about 20 minuets or so spread on a cookie sheet, saves time have 3 toddlers all a yaer apart, less fat too, anyway, great recipe will use all the time!

Biscotti
this was a great recipe! my husband loved it and so did my toddlers who are 2, 3 ,&4. i used chocolate chips, pecans & vanilla for the anise(we had none) and they tasted just like chocolate chip cookies but as biscotti it was great! WATCH YOUR OVEN!
