Juicy Peach Crisp
This came out SOOO good. I doubled the recipe for a 9x12 inch pan with no problems. Instead of adding cinnamon, I added ground ginger because I like the combination of peaches and ginger. It was fantastic hot, and pretty great cold too. This is the kind of sugar-y streusel top "crisp" I was looking for--- not the biscuit-y kind.

Crispy Gingersnaps
These gingersnaps are soooo good! I added extra spices, a sprinkle each of cloves, nutmeg, cayenne pepper and white pepper... gives it extra spiciness!!! I also flattened these cookies when placing them on the pan. I only fit 9 to a smaller cookie sheet/ 12 to a bigger cookie sheet as they spread a lot. Yumm-sters!
