I am fascinated with skateboarders. I love punk rock. I'm a mom of 1 daughter, she is the greatest. I am with the most wonderful man now. I love to cook Mexican food. My family are basically meat & taters kind of people so I don't get to try too many exotic things. I am learning to get really creative with just the basics though. I love to cook with my daughter. She is pretty talented at it. Perfecting the best chile verde. Nothing too bad has really happened. The worst thing I had happen was a recipe I made in the bread machine kind of over rose and blew up over the edge of the pan and smoked up the house a bit.
