Black Bean Rice Burgers
they were really tasty, but fell apart like crazy... tried adding breadcrumbs and everything.

Tomato and Basil Quiche
this is the first quiche i've ever made and its really great. used fresh basil and a blend of different cheeses (because i didnt have dried basil or jack cheese). it is really fantastic. i can't stop eating it!

Baked Delicata Squash with Lime Butter
Made this after picking up a delicata at the farmers' market a few months back. This was super tasty... the lime butter was great. I put it on everything for days!
