Frugal Pumpkin Pasta
Overall quite good. I don't know how the goat cheese is supposed to be "Frugal" I thought it rather pricey. Next time I may substitute cream cheese instead, or just omit. Don't think it really added anything.

Curry Pumpkin Soup
Made this after a long day of cooking and forgot to add sugar & soy sauce. It was however a terrific soup, would totally make again (soon)

Butternut Squash Bake
Overall a good recipe. Way too much thyme for my taste tho. I'm not a big fan of thyme. Will try again in the future with different herbs. Also keep an eye on the crusty top if you use a toaster oven. Don't have to test my smoke alarm this year, lol.
