Lemon Coolers

I've been making these for years. I've used different flavors of cake mix, also. I like strawberry. If you like soft, chewy cookies, these are great.

Fluffy Two Step Cheesecake II

I used 1/3 fat cream cheese and lite cool whip, and it was great! It's great for a lighter version of cheesecake.

Strawberry Shortcake

I used 2 t baking powder and 1/4 c sugar, and made little shortcakes. They were great!
