Steakhouse Wheat Bread for the Bread Machine
The bread has an excellent flavor but it did not work well in the bread machine. The outer crust was slightly burned, probably due to the high sugar content, and the inside was sticky and seemed undercooked. If I use this again I would increase yeast, increase flour, and slightly decrease honey.
