Pesto Cheesy Chicken Rolls
this was excellent !! i used Clssico pesto sauce & provolone chesse. I put the rooled breasts down the middle of my baking dish, then filled in each side with chunky cut carrots tossed in the rest of the pesto , so yummy on the carrots , plus a little chiken broth in the bottom just to keep the chicke from drying,, i did cover with foil for about 40 minutesthen uncovered and added some more cheese acrosss the top of the chicke
