I really cheated and purchased Organic French Onion Soup..added sauteed onions with thyme and Worcheshire. Also cut butter in half. Toasted up a few slices of whole wheat bread and cut in to cubes...Done!

Best Cream Of Broccoli Soup

great way to use up produce about to expire. I doubled the recipe(used up some shallots too!) I used a hand blender to chop up broc/onion mixture. After cooling, I stored in a couple containers in freezer. Pulled out when I needed to make a quick dinner or lazy day lunch.

Fra Diavolo Sauce With Pasta

Excellent..used other suggestions and doubled recipe, added fresh basil and Italian seasoning. Instead of shrimp and scallops, I used clams....so good!

Easy and Delicious Chicken and Rice Casserole

This is sooooooooo good!!!! Put in crock pot before work...came home to delicious-smelling house! I used yellow spanish rice and set on low for 6 hours. It came out great! Served with steamed asparagus.
