Pumpkin Pie Bread
I made this today because I had a can of pumpkin pie mix sitting around and didn't feel like making a pie. I was a little worried about using this instead of puree, but it came out delicious and moist. I cut back on the sugar by a half cup, because the pumpkin mix contained sweet syrup. I didn't have pumpkin pie spice so I just added 1 tsp of cinnamon, ginger, and 1/2 tsp. cloves to the mixture. I also used 1/2 cup applesauce and 1/2 cup oil as some reviewers suggested. I was able to make 12 muffins and 2 nice size loafs from this recipe. The kitchen smelled like a gingerbread pumpkin pie heaven! My family loved them and said they were the best ever! This recipe is a keeper. Thanks for sharing!

Soft Giant Pretzels
These soft pretzels were very easy to make with my bread machine. I followed the recipe for the dough and it was quite sticky trying to remove it from my bread machine. Next time I will add about 1/4 cup more flour to the machine. I boiled them in the baking soda bath as directed and they did not fall apart. They tasted a little too sweet for our taste so I will try less brown sugar next time. The outside of the pretzels were a bit "moist" but I will use egg wash instead of melted butter next time. (I followed another review and put the butter and salt on before baking) All in all, these tasted pretty good and are worth saving in my recipe box.

Crunchy Caramel Corn
I had to give this recipe 5 stars. I was just looking for something different to make with popcorn and peanuts and I saw this one. I substituted honey for corn syrup (didn't have any)as another reviewer said. Everything else was exactly like the recipe. It came out so yummy, sweet and gooey and crunchy, just how we like it. I really think this recipe beats all the others I have ever tried or bought. It's close to impossible to make a mistake with this one. It was ever so easy too! Thank you Shelly for this wonderful recipe. I am going to make a ton of it for my halloween party this year.
