I am an assistant casino host at the MGM Grand in las Vegas. I live here with my husband and my shitzu Rambo. I love to cook and bake and hope to someday open my own bakery. I love to bake just about anything. I do enjoy cooking as well, but my passion is sweets. I learned to cook and bake from my Grandmother. Some of my favorite memories as a child are being in the kitchen with my Grandma. I learned everything from her and miss her every day. My new passion and triumphs would be my cake decorating. I have been taking Wilton classes and am getting pretty good. I make cakes for everyone at work and they rave about them. My biggest tragedies usually involve mashed potatoes. Such a simple dish and yet I seem to make plaster fot the walls every time.
