Crazy Cake
This cake is good for when you're out of butter and eggs, but don't use it as a substitute for normal cake if you can avoid it. It was good, but something about it was a little off.

Soft Oatmeal Cookies
These cookies were great, but just a tad sweet for my liking. Next time I'll cut down on the sugar.

Buttermilk Cornbread Muffins
I doubled the amount of honey in the recipe and found the sweetness level perfect. The muffins were a bit bland still, but I still enjoyed them.
