Perfect Baked Jerk Chicken
I have never had jerk chicken before but always wanted to try it. I became extremely cautious when I saw the recipe called for a lot of the same ingredients I use to make my pumpkin pie. I ended up chickening out and only using half of the cinnamon/brown sugar that the recipe called for. This came out sooo good! I was so scared to take a bite but once I did I ate so much. I also added more cayenne (I love hot stuff.) The chicken was so moist and full of flavor. I served it with black beans and white rice. Will def. make again.

Triple Berry Crisp
I was going to take a picture to submit on the site but my boyfriend woke up in the middle of the night and ate all of it! It was that good! I read all of the other reviews and saw the problem with the butter so I just slowly added the butter until it was at the consistency that I wanted, I didn't end up using the full amount and it came out perfect. I'm going to make this again and again and again!

Good Ole' Southern Frogmore Stew
I used vegi sausage and added aparagus. Normally my boyfriend will tell me the meal was good after he eats it, this time he told me "you will be making this again, lots."
