Simple Tuna Melt
Kind of sodium dense...I would add light cheese, diced onion, peppers, sliced black olives, some spinach, just half a can of tuna.
I don't like balsamic vinegar or mayo for this melt, and i'd simple use one slice of bread. and when taken done toasting just top it off with a nice, heafty lettuce leaf.
