Chewy Maple Cookies
Great recipe! I received some maple syrup from a friends farm in Vermont, and uised the whole jug to make these maple cookies. I brought them to work and they were gone in an hour, thanks for sharing!

Gary's Stuffed Mushrooms
Great taste, easy to make. These are perfect starters for any party. As with previous reviewers, I used 1 cup of butter instead of two. I eliminated the red pepper as well. I ended up using over 20 large cap mushrooms, and still had some left over. Thanks for the recipe!

Boudreaux's Zydeco Stomp Gumbo
Awesome! I've made this gumbo three time now, and it's always a hit! I let the roux darken for about 30-35 minutes before adding the garlic. My friends and I love SPICY food, and this gumbo definitely has a kick with the Cajun spices. Great!
