Cake Balls
Yummy, easy, but looks impressive. Don't add food coloring to the almond bark, that doesn't work! I learned it the hard way. I also took others advice to freeze before dipping, it worked great.

Chicken Enchiladas II
Very good, I used green enchilada sauce to cover the enchiladas instead of more sauce. Next time, I think I will use a cheese blend instead of straight cheddar.

Acorn Squash Soup
Delicious, perfect for autumn weather. I upped the curry powder, and didn't have any onions but substituted 1/2 pkg onion soup mix, and I think I'm glad for the extra but of flavor. Also, I had two large sqaush I needed to use, which made probably 4-5 cups, and I needed 2 cans of chicken broth.
