Rempel Family Meatloaf
Very good! Nice and moist with lots of flavor. I added some garlic powder and salt and pepper to the meat and for the liquid portion used a combo of ketchup, BBQ sauce, and the steak sauce.

Molasses Sugar Cookies
These were amazing. They stayed so soft and moist and lasted. I couldn't stop eating them, had to hide them so there were enough for guests!

Artichoke Spinach Lasagna
Very good and a nice twist on the usual lasagna. I changed it a bit by adding a layer of ricotta mixed with one egg and the mozzarella which added great flavor and texture. Also used only half the broth and no bake noodles so it was pretty solid and not too runny.
