I am a loving mother of 3 beautiful children. I have a wonderful husband whom I adore. I am a full time student and in my spare time I love praise and worship and spending a lot of time with my family. I have so many favorites in each category that it's difficult to name just a few. I love cooking seafood, italian food and mexican food. My favorite family cooking tradition would have to be preparing the Thanksgiving meal. I believe that each time that I prepare a meal... it is a triumph! Once I tried making pancakes from scratch and I was looking for the little bubbles to appear so that I'd know that the other side was done and I burned the pancake as well as the pan. I'm much better now though!
