I have only been seriously cooking for a couple of years but I enjoy trying new things. Unfortunately though I do not have the confidence yet to be very inventive so that is why I love this site. I can read what others have done to a recipe to modify/improve it. I am a sucker for seafood. I love just about anything that comes from the water. I also love sun-dried tomatoes and constantly try to find new ways of making them. I love making my grandmother's meat loaf. It reminds me of being a child. Creating a Chinese New Year dinner for about 20 people. Pancakes. There is something with me and pancakes. I just can't seem to make them right. They are always too soggy or too burnt or there is just something wrong with them.
