Applesauce Bread II
My picky/skinny hubby loves these! I have made them twice in one weekend! The second time, I put the batter in a muffin pan.

Egg-Free Low-Fat Oatmeal Cookies
I really wanted to like these, but didn't. Sorry. The texture was weird.

Surprise Tuna Salad
Pretty yummy. I used fat-free mayo & cheese,walnuts, apples, lettuce and tuna. I had t improvise a bit, but it came out yummy!
